In these times of globalization, saturation of consumption and exploitation of natural resources, we must seek new ways of developing food, taking into account sustainability and tradition.
This is the case of Divingmar, a Hispano-Russian company that bases its activity on the exploitation of marine vegetable plantations, such as algae, a new food source in the West but traditional in Eastern countries. Divingmar exploits and collects its own plantations in the sea of Japan from where, after rigorous quality controls, they process algae, especially the kombu variety that provides many nutrients and great unami properties to the elaborations where it is used.
Kombufresh is the marketing brand for all products derived from this kombu seaweed, flours, such as salts or umami seasoning, are some of the products to which FANS Marketing puts an image.
